Glenn Insurance is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator to support our Employee Benefits Department. This role focuses on service, onboarding, and operational support for employer health plans. No cold calling or sales responsibilities are required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with insurance, payroll, HR or administrative experience who enjoys helping clients and being part of a collaborative team environment.
Compensation:
$50,000-$58,000 based on experience
Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding period
Responsibilities:
Process enrollments, terminations, and eligibility updates
Assist with open enrollment preparation and employee communications
Coordinate with carriers on billing, portal access, and service requests
Support account managers with renewals and client materials
Maintain accurate records within agency systems
Qualifications:
Experience in insurance, benefits administration, payroll, or HR preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with multiple online platforms
NJ insurance license a plus or willingness to obtain
