Glenn Insurance, Inc is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support and manage employer benefit accounts within our growing benefits department.  This is a client-facing service role focused on relationship management, renewals, and coordinating benefit strategies.  No cold calling or prospecting required.
Salary Range:  $60,000-$75,000 based on experience
Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding period
Qualifications
Insurance or employee benefits experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
NJ insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
