125 entry fee or $500 per foursome
- (This includes entry into all events, 18-holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, dinner, 50-50, raffles, and a chance to win various prizes!)
Non-Participant Dinner - $35

Golfer Registration and Payment Due by October 1st, 2016 (outing limited to first 100 golfers)

Sponshorship Opportunities:

Platinum $1,000 - Includes one foursome, with dinners, a sign on the course, and recognition in the program.
Gold $500 - Includes one twosome, with dinners, a sign on the course, and recognition in the program.
Bronze $300 - Includes golf for one, with dinner, a sign on the course, and regnition in the program.
Hole $150 - Includes a sign on the couse and recognition in the program.
