Atlantic Cape Community College's Annual Restaurant Gala

Please join us on Thursday, March 9, 2023 for the 40th Annual Atlantic Cape Community College Restaurant Gala at Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center in Atlantic City! The Ruby Restaurant Gala will honor Gala icons who have contributed to the success of the event over its 40 year history. Since its inception in 1984, the Restaurant Gala has raised well over $3.8 million for scholarships for students attending the Academy of Culinary Arts.

The event will begin with a lavish cocktail reception featuring hors d'oeuvres prepared by the Academy of Culinary Arts students and the return of the Atlantic City Beach Patrol rowboat with a bounty of fresh seafood. After the reception, guests will enter the ballroom and dine on signature dishes and desserts from the area's finest establishments and sample libations from local wineries, breweries, and distilleries. A 50/50 raffle drawing, open bar, photo booth, and live entertainment by Plaid Salmon will round out the event festivities.
