Oshi Modern Asian Kitchen features an array of creative sushi rolls such as the New Jersey Roll with tuna, eel, avocado and fish roe; the Fujiyama Roll with shrimp tempura and cucumber topped with kani salad; and the Katana Roll which combines avocado, spicy tuna, cucumber and seaweed topped with yellowtail and of course popular classics such as the California roll and crunchy spicy tuna roll.
