Copiers Plus Inc. in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Copy Center Associate/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for multitasking, and are comfortable with modern office technology, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient service to walk-in customers
- Operate copy machines and large-format blueprint printers
- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
- Send faxes and assist with file uploads/downloads
- Prepare job quotes and manage customer orders
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, 365) and Adobe software
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
What We're Looking For:
- A cheerful, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365
- Experience using modern office equipment
- Previous experience in a print or copy center is a plus
