Leadership Series: Creating an innovative workplace through diversity and inclusion
The Greater Atlanitc City Chamber would like to invite the community to join us in a conversation about creating a culture of diversity and inclusion in their respective environment and industry.
Employers are prioritizing diversity and inclusion initiatives and investing resources into making sure their teams are set up for success. Focusing on diversity and inclusion is not only the smart thing to do for your business, but also the right thing to do for humanity. Local leaders from the business, education, and public service will join you to discuss how this is being implemented and the successes they are experiencing.
Panelists are as follows:
Lori Herndon, CEO of AtlantiCare
Meloni Johnson, President of Borgata
Dr. Barbara Gaba, President of Atlantic Cape Community College
Marcela Fisher, Vice President, Relationship Manager, Bank of America
The panel of four female leaders will be moderated by Raven Santana, a correspondent for NJTV News. She began her career as a Field Producer/Production Assistant for FOX 5 in New York, while she reported part-time as a general assignment reporter for WZBN-News in Trenton. Raven got her first big break in Springfield, Massachusetts where she worked for NBC affiliate WWLP for 2 years as a reporter.
The Leadership Series is presented by AtlantiCare, Atlantic City Electric, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Orsted, South Jersey Industries, TD Bank, Bank of America, and Versutia Solutions.
