What to Expect from the COVID-19 Vaccine? Town Hall with AtlantiCare

The Greater Atlantic City Chamber, in partnership with AtlantiCare, will host a virtual town hall to answer community questions about the COVID-19 vaccines on Wednesday, January 20 at 9 AM.  The forum will feature AtlantiCare’s President and CEO, Lori Herndon, and Director, Division of Infectious Diseases and Chair, Infection Prevention Committee Manish Trivedi, M.D.   

“Since the start of the pandemic, the Chamber has been a resource for fact-based information and education on COVID-19 and business sustainability,” said President of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, Michael Chait. “Maximizing the expertise and experience of our Board of Directors has and will continue to be of great service to our communities.” 

Dr. Trivedi will lead a conversation about the COVID-19 vaccine, including what we can expect, how and when it may be distributed, and more. During this virtual event, attendees will have the opportunity to have their questions answered by Trivedi, an epidemiologist who is the region’s leading infectious disease expert.

The forum will be hosted through Zoom.  Attendees can view and listen to the meeting through their computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Information on how to access the meeting is sent to the email address provided upon registration.  Attendees are encouraged to ask questions in advance as part of the registration form to assist us with answering as many questions as possible during the hour-long event.
