The Police Activities League of Egg Harbor Township and Atlantic County (PAL) STEM Expo & Craft Fair

The PAL started its workshop series and robotics program as part of its STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) to offer kids an alternative to the typical sports programs and engage students with problem-based learning. PAL programs are open to all kids no matter where they live and as with all our programs, our organization makes extra effort to offer these positive activities for kids with social or economic needs.

March is STEM month in New Jersey. The PAL is hosting a S.T.E.M. Expo on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10:00am-2:00pm at our Buddy’s Adventure Zone. The STEM Expo will introduce the community to our vast array of programs and allow kids and parents to explore unique, hands-on STEM projects firsthand. Our STEM Expo will include Mindstorms EV3, Lego WeDo, Smart Car, Smart Robot, Build Your Own Lego Car Drag Races and Astronomy Solar viewing (weather permitting). The Civil Air Patrol will have S.T.E.M. kits on display, Hobbytown Toms River Tamiya mini car races, Atlantic County Utilities Authority, Rowan University STEAM Academy, Stockton University SRI & ETTC School of Education, plus our Sea Perch team, First Tech Challenge Robotics Teams and R.O.A.D.S. Challenge team will have their builds on display. Please join us for this exciting event!
