53rd Annual American Cancer Society Bike-A-Thon: Bridge to the Beach
The American Cancer Society’s Bike-A-Thon: Bridge to the Beach event is proud to celebrate 53 years of riding for a world without cancer. In the event’s remarkable half-century history, we’ve come so far and have achieved many important milestones. Yet, we remain relentless in our fight because we know the next breakthrough in cancer research, the next best treatment option, the next policy change, depends on what we do, together, today. This golden anniversary year, we celebrate our remarkable cancer fighters who, mile by mile, year after year, give hope and save lives. A cancer-free future is in our sights and we’re riding there together. Join us.
Whether you’re a casual rider or an avid cyclist, Bike-A-Thon has a meaningful ride for you!
-
- The traditional route is a 66 mile ride led by cancer survivors that starts from the base of Philadelphia's Ben Franklin Bridge, goes through the scenic landscapes of Southern New Jersey and ends in Ski Beach in Ventnor.
- There are four start points and six route options ranging from 20 miles to the 100 mile Century Ride.
- The virtual experience allows you to choose your own route and number of miles to complete on your own time.
