Community Integration Facilitator
Category: Healthcare
Salary: $21.25 – $22.38 per hour
Hours: 8am to 4pm – Monday thru Friday with weekends off
Education/Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High school diploma or GED.
Experience in working with developmentally disabled people preferred.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing with consumers, all levels of staff, family
