Community Gentle Yoga
Join Angels in Motion on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM for Community Gentle Yoga at the Pleasantville Library, 33 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue. This free, all-levels class offers a peaceful space to breathe, stretch, and recharge alongside neighbors and friends.
No experience is needed — just come as you are. Our gentle yoga practice focuses on relaxation, mindfulness, and connection, helping to restore balance to body and mind in a calm and supportive environment.
