The Arc of Atlantic County Offering Free Healthy Living Workshops
 
Egg Harbor Township, NJ – March 30, 2018:  The Arc of Atlantic County is offering a series of healthy lifestyle workshops entitled: Live-Life-Healthier. These workshops will serve as a resource to learn about improving nutrition and snacking options, fitness techniques and relationships.  The following free workshops are being offered:
April 2nd, 6-7 pm - Healthy Lifestyles:  Explore how to incorporate small, daily changes to your meal planning that can lead to a healthier lifestyle including dietary choices, portion control, exercise, hydration, and more.
Location: The Arc of Atlantic County, 6550 Delilah Road, Suite 101, Egg Harbor Twp. , NJ; Please use Adult Training Center in back of the building.
April 16th, 6-7 pm - Adaptive Fitness:  Learn adaptive fitness techniques and exercises to enable people to participate in fitness in the comfort of their home, utilizing household items to assist them with their work out, and tips on how to stay committed to an exercise plan.
Location:  AtlantiCare Life Center Meeting Room– 2500 English Creek Avenue, Egg Harbor Twp.
May 14th,  6- 7 pm - Healthy Relationships:  This workshop will highlight the similarities/difference in specific relationship scenarios (platonic, friendship, romantic, work/professional, internet).
Location: The Arc of Atlantic County, 6550 Delilah Road, Suite 101, Egg Harbor Twp. , NJ; Please use Adult Training Center in back of building.
May 21st, 6-7 pm - Healthy Snacking: Learn about healthy and delicious options to use to swap out unhealthy snacks for healthy ones and understanding portion control.
Location:  AtlantiCare Life Center Meeting Room– 2500 English Creek Avenue, Egg Harbor Twp.
All workshops are free, but registration is required. Please call 609-485-0800 ext .161 to sign up.
